DAY 25 (BROOKE)
I can't believe today is the last full day of our tour. My roomies (Colie, Susanna, Lauren) and I woke up early to take advantage of every moment. We went to a cute cafe next to the stage we performed at yesterday. It was cool to look out at the huge, empty venue and remember how packed it was at showtime the night before for our show.
We met up with Sam, Griffin, and Aaron to do some shopping and exploring in the rest of Todi. We found a beautiful patio that looked out on an amazing landscape that looked like it went on forever. We stayed there until call time and talked about all the places we've been and memories we've shared. That was the first time it hit me that the tour was coming to the end. We met up with the rest of the group for lunch and then wandered around town until it was time to get ready for our final dinner.
We dressed up in our nicest clothes and took probably 5,000 pictures. When we sat down for dinner everyone got a little nervous for our final night speeches. It was an emotional night for sure because everyone's speeches were so unique and amazing. As I looked around during my speech, I realized how lucky I am to be surrounded by such great people. The parents, staff, band, and kids have merged into one big family in only three and a half weeks. Thank you for the memories, this is an experience I will never forget.
